Acceptance

By downloading or using Keepframe ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Keepframe on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the App Store Terms of Service.

Your photos and deletions

Keepframe helps you choose which photos to keep and, optionally, delete outtakes you select. You are in control: nothing is ever deleted without your explicit confirmation. When you delete photos through Keepframe, they go to your device's Recently Deleted album and can be recovered there for 30 days, per iOS. You are responsible for the photos you choose to delete.

Optional AI Pick feature

Keepframe includes an optional "AI Pick" feature that, when you tap it on a photo group, sends downsized thumbnails of that group to a third-party AI vision model (via our processing service) to suggest the best shot. It is off until you use it, and its suggestions are just that — suggestions you are free to override. How your data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy. Use of this feature is at your discretion.

Keepframe Pro subscriptions

Keepframe offers an optional paid plan ("Keepframe Pro") as auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase, sold through the Apple App Store.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings; the App Store handles all billing.
• Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.

Acceptable use

Use Keepframe only with photos you have the right to access. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app.

Disclaimer

Keepframe is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Its recommendations are suggestions to help you choose — you make the final call on every photo. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data or photos arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll revise the "last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
